Hitachi Zosen Supplies Main Equipment for EfW Plant in Shanghai City, China

Hitachi Zosen Corporation will supply main equipment of the grate combustion system for the Energy-from-Waste (EfW) plant in Shanghai City, China. This EfW plant is invested and built by Shanghai SIIC Baojingang Environmental Resources Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai SUS Environment Co., Ltd (a licensee of Hitachi Zosen) has received an order of the grate combustion system for the plant.
The engineering and supplies of the entire plant equipment is executed by Shanghai SUS Environment Co., Ltd. Hitachi Zosen supplies main equipment on the grate combustion system for the plant with a large capacity of 3,000 tons/day.
This is the 26th supply of grate combustion system by Hitachi Zosen in China. The cumulative waste treatment capacity of our system in China has reached 52,400 tons / day, and the cumulative power generation capacity has reached 1,315 MW, making a significant contribution to waste treatment and power supply in China. Hitachi Zosen Group overall has one of the world's strongest track records in EfW plants, having received about 500 orders mostly in Asia and Europe.
