Representative Director President & Chief Executive Officer Sadao Mino

Thank you very much for your generous support over the years.

As of October 1, 2024, Hitachi Zosen Corporation has changed its name to Kanadevia Corporation.

In the midst of these turbulent times in the economic environment of the global market, we have reached the third and final fiscal year of “Forward 25,” our three-year medium-term management plan covering the 2023 to 2025 fiscal years.
To ensure this plan comes to fruition, we will be moving ahead with a range of priority measures based on our three basic policies of “Sustainable growth of existing businesses,” “Creation and expansion of growth businesses,” and “Promoting sustainable management.”

Starting this fiscal year, we have launched a new management structure with the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer in charge of overall management. This will build on the foundations of the Kanadevia Value as we aim to achieve the long-term Vision laid out in our Sustainable Vision, the vision of what we want to be by 2050, and our 2030 Vision, our management strategy until the year 2030, as well as further enhance the corporate value of our Group.

With our corporate group’s new brand concept, “taking on the challenge, through the power of technology, to create a world that lives in balance with nature,” as our mission, we shall aim to become a corporation that every one of our stakeholders can put their trust in.

We sincerely appreciate your continued cooperation.

Michi Kuwahara,
Representative Director
President of the Board & Chief Executive Officer
